Oaktree IT Services Ltd offers a web design and maintenance service. Local clubs, organisations, businesses and several Town and Parish Councils have used the services of Oaktree IT Services Ltd to help them design and establish their web sites.

A basic package has been defined consisting of:

registering your choice of a domain name and setting up email facilities		providing advice as to software and hardware requirements
linking emails using the domain name address to existing email addresses		assistance with implementation of developed website on a local machine
designing and creating a website home page , ten further pages and disclaimer, privacy policy and feedback pages		one full day or two half days training of staff to allow local support and development
providing a visitor counter facility		telephone hot line for 30 days
Additional Services:
full website maintenance and update support subject to an agreed service agreement		payable on favourable terms such as quarterly in arrears based on frequencies and volume of work
